This is textures i made that replace flags) in soldier list and on soldiers backs for
PL RO HU PT HR FIN DUN SWI CZ TR AUT flag, plus polish soldiers names.

Since theres no way to repack textures into game yet i made packages for TexMod (included).

FLAG INSTALL:
1. Unpack rar anywhere
2. Intall TexMod (it's inside the xcmod folder)
3. Run TexMod select target apllication > XComGame.exe from "your game folder"/Binaries/Win32
3A. Select package mode and add all files from "xcmod\package" folder
CLICK RUN!!!!


STEAM INTALL: (thanks to miked79)
To get the texmod to run a steam game. You must go into ur steam folder and into xcom bin directory. Change the name of the xcomgame.exe to something else.Then drag the Texmod.exe into the xcom directory ( with ur xcomgame.exe) Change the name of the Texmod.exe to Xcomgame Then load up steam and launch Xcom and it should launch Texmod , then point texmods directory to open up the Xcomgame.exe (the one u changed the name of )

This wont modify any of game files, just replace textures loaded in memory, so no changes in game files are made.
IF u want it to work all time you have to run game using TexMod
put TexMod shortcut instead of Xcom and have fun! (you dont have to - just a suggestion)

NAMES: just overwrite DefaultNameList.ini from xcmod folder with one in
"your game folfer"/XComGame/Config

ps, If u want only BEARD select only BEARD.tpf from package folder

EDIT: Files dont need to be in c:\xcmod folder can by anywhere, you just need the files in package folder for it to work :P

INSTALACJA:
1. Rozpakuj rar gdziekolwiek
2. Zainstaluj TexMod (jest w folderze xcmod)
3. Uruchom TexMod, wybierz target apllication > XComGame.exe z "twój folder z gr?"/Binaries/Win32
3A. Wybierz package mode i dodaj wszystkie pliki z folderu "xcmod\package"

zeby odpalic TexMod z steam zmien nazwe xcomgame.exe na inna, wrzuc texmod do tego folderu i zamien jego nazwe na xcomgame.exe ,kiedy wlaczysz steam i odpalisz xcom powinien sie wlaczyc Texmod w TexMod wybierz oryginalny plik exe ze zmieniona przez ciebie nazwa.

To nie zmieni plików w grze, tylko zast?pi tekstury ?adowane do pami?ci.

Je?eli chcesz mie? flagi ca?y czas, musisz w??cza? gr? przez TexMod

Zast?p swoj skrót do gry skrótem do TexMod i baw sie! (nie trzeba tego robi?- taka sugestia)

IMIONA: zast?p DefaultNameList.ini z "twój folder z gr?"/XComGame/Config tym z paczki

ps, Je?li chcesz tylko zmieni? bródk? wybierz tylko BEARD.tpf z folderu package
